HoRNet updates TheNormalizer to v1.2.0

HoRNet has just released an update to TheNormalizer, the utility designed to set your tracks to your desired level.

The 1.2.0 is a feature update and includes:

• Fixed problem with mono track being incorrectly handled.
• Fixes issue with Reason not managing parameters correctly.
• Added gate function to prevent normalisation below a set threshold.
