Bram Bos updates Tunafish to v1.3

Bram Bos has updated Tunafish to v1.3 which, along with a few other changes, adds "Channel-freezing" - CPU load can be significantly reduced by clicking a single button on any processor-heavy channel.

Changes:

• Easy channel freezing for reducing CPU load.
• Better plugin window management.
• Numeric labels for all GUI controls.
• Updated documentation.
