Syntheway updates Harmodion to v2.1

Syntheway have updated Harmodion to version 2.1 for Windows and macOS.

Changes:

Added: Display Preset Name feature.
Changed: Improved the Preset Manager function, to load and save presets and banks.
Fixed: macOS build.
Fixed: AU preset issue.
Fixed: Minor bugs fixed.
