Monocasual Laboratories release Giada 0.17.0 "Chupacabra" for Linux, Windows and macOS

Monocasual Laboratories has released Giada 0.17.0 codename "Chupacabra" for Windows, Linux and macOS.

Changes:

• VST3 support, along with a better persistence mechanism for plug-ins state;
• CMake build system. The previous Autotools system is now deprecated and will be removed soon;
• Several UI beautifications and improvements;
• Many bugs fixed and source code optimizations.
