HoRNet Plugins updates ELM128 MK2 to v2.2.0

HoRNet Plugins has updated ELM128 MK2, the EBU R128 loudness meter with normalization.

The new 2.2.0 version is a maintenance release and includes:

• Added hardware acceleration for GUI.
• Added support for Apple M1.
• Fixed peak meters being randomly stuck.
• Fixed GUI not redrawing in macOS Big Sur.
• Increased minimum macOS requirement to 10.11 with Metal enabled graphics.
