The Very Loud Indeed Co. releases Omnisphere Altura

The Very Loud Indeed Co. has released their new soundset, Omnisphere Altura for Spectrasonics' Omnisphere 2.6 synthesizer. They say:

Omnisphere Altura is a collection of 120 brand new cinematic patches for Spectrasonics' Omnisphere 2.6 synthesizer. It comes with 251 new sound sources, including custom recordings with Meinl Cymbals' artist and session drummer Horacio París, as well as renowned session bassist Chalo Trejos.

This is not a happy soundset. Omnisphere Altura is as dark as it gets, with crushed, mangled, dirty patches that evoke tension, fear, anguish, desperation and hopelessness in spades. Inspired by the work of composers like Charlie Clouser ("American Horror Story"), Mick Gordon ("Doom Eternal"), the Newton brothers ("Extinction"), Colin Stetson ("Hereditary") and Mark Korven ("Our House"), Omnisphere Altura provides you with plenty of sounds to make your horror, thriller, crime or dark drama score shine.
