LibreArp updated to v2.3

A minor version of the free-form arpeggiator plug-in, LibreArp has been released.

New features include:

• Realtime swing allows the user to dynamically stagger the arpeggiator pattern.
• Chord size allows to set a fixed number of notes used by the plugin.
• Smart octaves ensure that higher pattern notes will always have a higher output pitch.
• Bypass allows users to bypass the plugin in DAWs that do not have a built-in bypass feature.

There are also a couple of fixes included in this new version.
