SynthFont v1.043 now available

SynthFont has been updated to v1.043.

Changes since v1.041:

• Fixed broken splash screen.
• Fixed a problem with finding the correct main initialization file (usually "SynthFont.ini")
• Fixed a problem in the VST effects initialization code.
