Kuassa updates all Efektors to v1.2.0 (Apple Silicon support) and Amplifikation Rectifor to v1.0.1

Kuassa has released a version 1.2.0 update for all of their Efektor Guitar FX Plug-ins for MacOS. Now with native Apple Silicon support.

- Recursive preset folder bug fixed.
- Missing IR Loader text bug fixed.
- Windows standalone Gate and Filter boxes position fixed.
