JA Massiva v1.12 released

Jørgen has updated Massiva to v1.12:

Added 24/32-bit wav export.
Arrange plugs-in in subfolders.
Automatic search for moved plug-ins.
Change default Effects and Softsynth folders.
Added "Recent" menu for recently loaded Softsynths.
Song position and locators are saved with song.
Fixed a few VST problems and other bugs.
