Voxengo updates Elephant to v5.3

Voxengo has updated Elephant, the mastering limiter plugin, to v5.3.

New in version 5.3:

Adjusted the pre-defined "EL-5" mode. This change is backwards-compatible, sound-wise.
Fixed an issue with the "Auto Oversampling on Render" not actually working.
Added a small delay to the "Max Crest Factor" estimation, to reduce over-reaction to transients at playback start.
