Kjaerhus Audio updates MPL-1 to v1.02

Kjaerhus Audio has updated MPL-1 Mastering Precision Limiter to v1.02.

Changes:

Updated to the VST 2.4 standard.
Problem where compression could "hang" when the look-ahead was set to 0 is fixed.
Repeated demo dialog in Adobe Audition fixed.
