Bjt2 updates free Crescendo programmable VST plugin for Windows to v1.0.54

Bjt2 has updated their free Crescendo plugin to version 1.0.54 with various enhancement and bug fixes:

Introducing support for microtuning with SCALA files (SCL), optional keyboard mapping files (KBM) and TUN files (version 0 and 1).
Introducing fast functions for operator-style Frequency Modulation.
Introducing SNG2 function: stereo noise gate with unequal ramps (attack and decay times).
Example files for SNG2 and microtuning.
Performance optimization on many functions.
Bug fix on SNG and MCC/VST smoothing.
Updated manual with corrections and new features.
