zplane updates Elastique Pitch and reTune

zplane has announced updates to Elastique Pitch and reTune, including new features and bug fixes:

• Elastique Pitch version 2.2.3 includes new features, including factory presets, new delay time handling and synchronization, as well as several other improvements and fixes.
• reTune version 1.3.3 includes bug fixes and updated documentation.
