Katsura updates Strobe Tuner and Chromatic Tuner to v1.2.1

Katsura Shareware has updated KS Strobe Tuner AU and KS Chromatic Tuner AU to v1.2.1.

Changes:

• Fixed the crash bug with the Transpose feature on Intel Mac.
