Xponaut releases Voice Tweaker 4 AU and updates Win version to v4.0.3

Xponaut has released the Audio Unit version of Voice Tweaker 4 for Mac OS X (Universal Binary) and updated the Windows version to v4.0.3. A support forum is now available as are upgrades from RBC Voice Tweaker v3.x (ranging from free to $39).
