Accentize releases Chameleon Surround - Intelligent Reverb Matching Tool for Immersive Audio

Accentize has announced the release of Chameleon Surround, the latest iteration of its Chameleon reverb solution.

Chameleon has always delivered an effortless way to analyse and re-create the acoustics of any space. Now, in response to user demand, the developer has unveiled Chameleon Surround — an enhanced version tailored for multi-channel and surround audio configurations, supporting formats like 5.1, 7.1, and even 9.1.6.

Building on the reverb-matching technology of the original Chameleon, the Surround version has been enhanced for immersive 3D reverb effects. It offers a rich library of room reverbs and an intuitive workflow that Accentize says makes it ideal for film, television, and gaming projects, where surround sound has become the standard. The included 80 presets include halls, small spaces, car interiors and more. You can also apply images to your own reverb profiles for ease of recall.

Chameleon Surround is normally 399€, with an intro release price of 299€.

Chameleon Standard owners can upgrade for 50€ during the intro period. Standard upgrade after the intro period is 150€.
