Authentic Soundware releases Jazz Anthology Drums for Kontakt

New York City-based Authentic Soundware has announced the release of Jazz Anthology Drums, a new sample library that delivers versatile and authentic-sounding jazz drums for the full version of Native Instruments Kontakt. This library features a number of new sampling and scripting approaches including performance-based "resonant repetitions," legato-style brush sweeps, and a jazz-specific take on the classic drum step sequencer.

Every aspect of Jazz Anthology Drums has been developed and fine-tuned with jazz playing in mind. From the adaptive hi-hat playback, to the tempo-syncable brush sweeps, and innovative ride cymbal resonance handling, users will experience a new level of authenticity in creating jazz drum performances.

Expanding upon the developer's experience making Classic Jazz Drums and Space Age Rhythm, Jazz Anthology Drums will offer users greater control over the sound of the instrument and -- with approximately 30 times more sample content than previous drum releases -- far more variety and detail.
