Sonicbits updates Exakt and free Exakt Lite FM synths

Sonicbits has released updates for Exakt and the free Exakt Lite FM synths.

Changes in Exakt 1.1.0

Part of the charm of vintage equipment was the conversion of the audio signal by the DAC (digital-to-analog converter). Many units used 12-bit conversion, and the DAC was often non-linear, producing certain artifacts, aliasing and subtle distortion that gave the unit its warmth and character. Exakt now emulates a 12-bit DAC and allows you to add the setting per preset.

Also, 50 more presets from Warkauze have been added:

• Added: The 12-bit DAC emulation has been added to the output section.
• Added: 50 new presets from Warkauze have been added.
• Fix: The note drift was not working correctly in monophonic mode. This has been fixed.
• Fix: On mac ARM the AU version would not load in Logic X Pro and Mainstage. This has been fixed.
• Fix: The demo version started muted. This has been fixed.

Changes to Exakt Lite 2.1.0:

• Fix: The initialization of the plugin has been improved.
