discoDSP updates OB-Xd 2 (Legacy) to v2.15

discoDSP has updated the free legacy version of OB-Xd to v2.15 which brings VST3 support to the free build, addressing one of the most frequent user requests.

This update maintains discoDSP's free non-commercial use policy (AAX and LV2 formats remain exclusive to registered users).

Changes:

• Completely updated framework: The new version incorporates the latest stability, performance, and compatibility improvements with modern DAWs. This resolves numerous minor issues from previous versions and ensures better long-term operation across all operating systems.
• Enhanced analog authenticity: Enhanced ADSR and key-track with improved stability under modulation.
• Refined user interface: Menus have been reorganized for a more intuitive workflow, featuring modern popup menu styling and improved consistency. Added direct access to OB-Xd resources through the Help menu for easier support and community connection.
• Significant technical optimizations: The codebase has been cleaned and modernized with comprehensive framework updates, eliminating compilation warnings and improving MIDI handling. Program selection restore functionality has been enhanced, and several potential stability issues have been resolved.

This version focuses on reliability, modern compatibility, and maintaining the authentic OB-Xd sound while expanding accessibility with VST3 support in the free edition.
