MusicDevelopments updates RapidComposer to v5.5.5

MusicDevelopments has released version 5.5.5 of RapidComposer, a maintenance update with important fixes and a few powerful improvements that enhance both compatibility and musical creativity.

New in RapidComposer v5.5.5:

• Receive MIDI Machine Control: RapidComposer can now be controlled from external MIDI devices or DAWs.

• Set the SMPTE timecode frame rate when sending MIDI Machine Control.

• Much improved Adaptive Harmonization: better chord rules, less complex chords found, separate logic for melodic and harmonic minor scales.

• Fixed chords playback in the Melody Editor (timing was incorrect).

• Fixed automatic flat/sharp display for church modes.

• Fixed audio playback clicks when looping or starting/stopping playback.

• Fixed stability issues when entering different editing modes.

This update is free for all RapidComposer 5 owners.
