Mutagene releases Anticode v0.9.5

Mutagene has updated Anticode to v0.9.5.

Changes:

Now a VST 2.4 plugin.
MIDI learn added for almost all parameters.
Tool tips for all controls (a bit rough, waiting on proper Windows tool tip support from VSTGUI 3.5+).
A few optimizations here and there (SSE required again, request non-SSE if you need it).
Tweaked envelope follower.
Manual available (updated from v0.91).
