VirSyn Tera has been updated to v1.2

Significant performance improvement ( about 30 % ).
Bugfix: Some preset changes caused clicks and buzzing.
Bugfix: Context menu in step sequencer didn't worked for step 52 and above.
Bugfix Mac: on some installations TERA didn't find the presets.
