Pontaku Audio updates Chronoform to v1.2.0, adding Semitone Control

Pontaku Audio has updated Chronoform, its 'varispeed' processor plugin, to version 1.2.0.

This major update introduces a new mode to control the playback speed in semitones (st), in addition to the conventional rate (x), significantly improving workflows focused on pitch.

Furthermore, double-precision (64-bit floating point) processing is now supported, improving internal calculation accuracy for higher-resolution and high-fidelity sound processing.

This update also includes numerous other improvements and bug fixes, such as an updated UI design, a feature to save default settings, and multilingual support for the installer.

Availability

This update is free for existing Chronoform customers.

It is available now in VST3 and CLAP formats for both Windows (8.1+) and macOS (10.14+), with AU and AAX formats also available for macOS. All macOS versions include native Apple Silicon support.
