FX-Mechanics updates RhyGa to v0.2

FX-Mechanics has updated RhyGa to v0.2.

Changes:

• Now runs also when the DAW is not playing.
• Steps linking works even if the GUI is not showing. It is now possible to automate a parameter for all steps by just automating one parameter, even if the GUI is closed. This is a more predictable behavior.
• Refactoring the subdivision logic, and new subdivisions values.

Note: The last point implies that a loading a saved state, or preset made with v0.1 might not reload correctly the subdivision parameter (1/4th, 1/8th etc.). It has to be tuned manually, and re-saved.
