Initial Audio updates SourceLab to v1.4.0, focusing on Sequencer improvements

Initial Audio has updated SourceLab, focusing on improvements to the Sequencer.

Improvements:

• Complete redesign of the sequencer, making the layout more intuitive and easier to use while being more powerful. The Master sequencers range can now be changed so it doesn't have to use the entire keyboard range. This also means the master sequencer can be triggered at the same time as all the other sequencers, as well as being able to play individual notes.
• Added 'Arp Seq' mode and 'MIDI Clip' mode to each sequencer. MIDI clip is the standard original piano rolls. Arp Seq is a new Arpeggiator + sequencer, based on the Heat Up 3 sequencer.
• Heat up 3 instruments which have sequencer notes, now use the new Arp Sequencer as it is more closely aligned, avoiding the conversion to MIDI.
• Copy and paste notes between piano roll and Arp sequencers. Pianoroll notes will be quantized to fit the sequencer and centred around the detected Key.
• Sequencer keyboard circle indicators now overlap when sequencers overlap and are assigned to the same key.
• Added a copy/paste notes button for faster copy and paste of patterns between sequencers.
• Add plus and minus buttons to adjust the range of each sequencer, same as the sample mapper.
• Dragging a sequencer range component up or down now adjusts the range, right click and drag to adjust the base note. (Implemented for Sample range components also in the mapper).
• Added rebuild content database button to menu. This is useful if you added or moved presets directly in the folders outside of SourceLab. The browser would not update, requiring a manual database rebuild.
• Minor UI improvements.

Fixes:

• Fixed - sequence and sample range components could jump around when dragging.
• Fixed maintain speed not working when SourceLab voices was set to mono.
• Fixed a crash when replacing a sample which was currently being converted into a multi sample.
