Ardour updated to v9.1

Ardour has been updated to v9.1 with two new features and fixes for bugs in v9.0.

New features:

• MIDI note chase: play notes even when the playhead is in the middle of them. This is on by default. You can disable it in track settings.
• MIDI note duplication: select some MIDI notes and press Ctrl/Cmd-d to duplicate them right after the end of the last note. If snapping is on, they will be snapped to the next snap point after the last note.
• Mono-to-stereo merging on the timeline: create a stereo track, select two mono regions with the same duration in the source list, and drag to the track.

Improvements:

• Multiple regions can be now dragged simultaneously from the sources list into the editor.

• Pitchbend is now displayed as a value in the -8192..8191 range rather than 0..16384.

• Better MIDI CC lanes/tracks names to help you identify the channel and controller.

• MIDI learn is now available in the cue sequencer. A new Preferences feature is now also available to clear all custom mappings.

Notable fixes:

• The behavior of the new bottom pane in the editor is now as intended during changes to the current selection (of regions, tracks, etc.).

• It's now easier to grab region begin/end handles in pianorolls.

• Using 1/128th notes in tempos now works correctly.
