Cotorro Audio releases Microdrift Nostalgia Processor (Windows VST3)

Cotorro Audio has announced the release of Microdrift Nostalgia Processor, a VST3 plugin for Windows that combines the wow and flutter of VHS audio with a crunchy bitcrusher effect reminiscent of early digital 90s samplers. The intensity for both effects can be dialed in individually.

Microdrift Nostalgia Processor:

• Add a touch of wistful nostalgia and movement to your synth pads, strings, and full mixes.
• Enable hysteresis to add a magnetic lag that softens transients, fattens body, and gives your mix that special "glue".
• Switch the signal routing between analog and digital for more variety.
• Choose between stereo and phase-corrected pseudomono operation.
• Use autocycle to apply a smooth automatic sine-wave cycling of the analog section's intensity setting.

Microdrift contains an implementation of Cotorro Hysterizing Technology (CHT) used previously in our Hysterizer plugins. The plugin also features a high quality 4x oversampling algorithm.

This plugin has been verified by Pluginval at strictness level 10.
