Topten Software releases Cantabile v1.2 build 1249

Topten Software has released Cantabile v1.2 build 1249.

Changes:

Fix for audio drivers that insist on non-multiple of 4 buffer sizes (e.g. Novation).
Fix for bug in internal MIDI sequencer not sending pitch bend events in some circumstances.
