Forma Labs Audio releases Filament Beta - Real-Time MIDI Orchestration Plugin & Plugin Host

Forma Labs Audio has announced the public beta of Filament, a real-time MIDI orchestration plugin for composers and producers.

Filament is an instrument plugin that hosts up to 64 VST/AU instruments internally. It splits, revoices, and routes MIDI in real-time across 12 keyswitches with 8 voice layers each.

• Intelligent chord revoicing and note distribution.
• Routing matrix for sending voices to different instruments.
• Arpeggiator per row with per-step articulations.
• MIDI clip launcher per row with piano roll editing per hosted instrument.
• CC modifier per row with 128-point curve editing.
• Built-in mixer with macro controls.
