Rayzoon updates Jamstix to v1.81

Rayzoon has updated Jamstix to version 1.81.

Changes:

Various changes to improve GUI responsiveness.
Vista changes in Jamstix 1.8 have increased GUI load time; for some users it's a mere second, for others over 20 seconds. Jamstix 1.81 is provided without explicit Vista compatibility until the issue is resolved. Note that it will run fine on Vista if the user has admin rights.
