Parish Audio releases "E42 Equalizer" - Dynamic and Static Equalizer Plugin (VST3 & AU)

Parish Audio has released E42 Equalizer, a 10-band dynamic and static equalizer designed to provide detailed control while remaining intuitive and easy to use.

E42 can be used for tone shaping, narrow frequency adjustments, resonance control, and problems that change over the course of a performance. Up to ten bands can be placed anywhere across the frequency range, with Bell, Low Shelf, High Shelf, High Pass, Low Pass, and Notch filter types available.

Each compatible band can operate in either Dynamic or Static mode. Static bands apply a continuous adjustment, while Dynamic bands respond only when the signal around the selected frequency crosses the threshold.

Dynamic bands include Threshold, Range, Attack, and Release controls. These allow users to control when a band reacts, how far it moves, and how quickly it responds and returns. This can be used to reduce harshness when it becomes too strong, control low-frequency buildup, soften occasional resonances, or bring out detail only when it is needed.

Bands can be added and moved directly on the interactive EQ graph, with dedicated controls available for more precise adjustment. The real-time spectrum display shows the frequency content of the signal, while the response curves display the underlying EQ shape and the movement created by Dynamic bands.
