Topten Software updates Cantabile to v1.2 Build 1253

Topten Software has updated Cantabile to v1.2 Build 1253.

Changes:

Fix for repeated error message every time Cantabile starts when can't update registry with file associations. Message is now only displayed on first run.
Improvements to keyboard handling for selecting racks in the rack list. Tab/Shift+Tab or Left/Right Arrows can now be used to move focus between the rack name and rack number. Also up/down arrows on the radio buttons now works for selecting the active rack.
