GMedia M-Tron v4.1 released

The new file resolves occasional attack and release problems in Logic and pitch shift problem at sample rates that are not a multiple of 22.05k. Filter cutoff is the same at different sample rates (previously the cutoff would increase at higher sample rates - only really noticeable when you get up to 88k and higher). The plugin now goes into attack and release phases sample-accurately.
