jVSTwRapper updated to v0.9d (incl. Linux support)

jVSTwRapper has been updated to v0.9d. This is the first version that supports Linux. It also features some generic bug fixes.

Highlights of the new release are:

• First version of the LINUX port, tested with Jost and energyXT2.
• jVSTxSynth fix to avoid peak noise.
• MidiProgramName bug fixed.
• PluginGuiAdapter: fix in window positioning code.
