Eiosis updates the ELS Vocoder to v1.1.1

Eiosis has updated ELS Vocoder to version 1.1.1.

Bug fixes:

With some hosts and configurations, silence output of the vocoded sound is now fixed.
Matrix bug with some presets and hosts is now fixed.
