Expert Sleepers updates Augustus Loop to v1.6.5 and Crossfade Loop Synth to v3.0.2

Expert Sleepers has updated Augustus Loop to v1.6.5 and Crossfade Loop Synth to v3.0.2.

Changes:

They now properly respect the Audio Unit 'Reset' call, e.g. as used by Logic to clear out delay buffers etc. when starting playback.
