Sonic Sidekick updates DrumStar to v1.0.2

Sonic Sidekick has updated DrumStar to v1.0.2.

Changes since 1.0:

Arranger updated to allow easier inserting and deleting of patterns from a long chain.
Fixed note selection bug.
Skin changes are restored on restart.
Added arrangement banks.
Fixed stuttering audio in Live, Cubase.
Added 4 more Aux Sends for a total of 8.
