Wusikstation updated to v4.1.8

Wusikstation has been updated to v4.1.8. Both Demo and Full versions have been updated.

Changes:

Unloading Effects (FX1/FX2).
Mouse-Wheel x Windows Vista.
Loading Song/Project with Multi-Core compatible Hosts.
Preset Browsing using the Host preset-list (there's still a 4 second delay for the first change).
Clicks on playing stereo WusikSND files with Disk-Streaming ON.
Doesnexist is no longer displayed.
