Big Tick Rhino updated to v1.01

Big Tick have updated Rhino to v1.01, featuring a few minor bug fixes:

• Random crashes when switching presets.
• Incorrect tuning when played at other sample rates than the 44.1 KHz default.
• Problem in voices allocation could sometimes mute Rhino entirely.
• Wrong version number was displayed.
