patchpool has announced Tremendous Beatz, a new soundset for FXpansion's Drum Machine Tremor. It can be pre-ordered for €17.60, saving 20% off the retail price of €22. The release is expected to be end of February, 2012.
Tremendous Beatz will contain about 50 presets with a minimum of 8 pattern variations per preset. All instruments created in the synth engines will be available individually in various instrument folders so that the user can import them into other presets and projects.
Tremor's most versatile modulation capabilities will be used in each preset creating vivid and interesting rhythms usable for a wide variety of musical styles. There will also be some grooves included with odd time signatures (7/8 - 9/8 - 5/4 - 3/4 - 6/8) as rhythm and grooves in 4/4 only represent one aspect of today's music production.
