Precisionsound has released the Folk Lute Guitar for Kontakt. It is designed to have a round resonant body and nylon strings on a short neck, with both bite and weight, in an effort to make it useful for ballads, folk songs and classical guitar pieces.

Features:

  • Picked sustain, vibrato, and harmonic articulations.
  • Intelligently triggered legato up and down samples.
  • Over 70 percussive sounds and fret noises.
  • Multiple round robins and velocity layers.
  • 748 stereo 24-bit WAV samples.
  • 1 program for NI Kontakt 5.5.1+ with scripted performance controls and GUI.

Price: $59 via download. A DVD version costs an additional $9.95. All formats are included.

Full version of Kontakt 5.5.1+ is required, this library does NOT work with the free Kontakt Player.
