Applied Computer Music Technologies has released the ACM-3SA passive filter plug-in for Linux.

The plug-in emulates 12dB / octave low-cut (high-pass) and high-cut (low-pass) filters based on the classic Pultec HLF-3C. Innovative processing is used to ensure the correct equivalent analogue response is maintained, even at lower sample rates and high cut-off frequencies, without additional latency or high CPU demand.

The plug-in is available for free, in both VST and VST3 format for Linux.

More information can be found on the Applied Computer Music Technologies website.
