Best Service

Best Service has released Organum Venezia, a virtual church organ, recorded near Venice, Italy which reflects the characteristics and sound of a typical French romantic organ like they were built by Cavaillé-Coll and Puget.

The instrument was built by Andrea Zeni Tesero (Trento) in 1999, honoring the 100st anniversary of Cavaillé-Coll's death. Best Service rebuilt the real sound of pipes inside their own original location with professional and meticulous microphone techniques to capture not only the sound of the Pipe Organ, but, also the ambience of the church in which it is located. Every detail of the sound, the "breath and "color of each single stop was captured and designed to recreate a charming and evocative atmosphere that only the "King of Instruments has to offer.
