FeelYourSound updates Sundog Song Studio to v3.8.0, adds Step Effects for generative music

FeelYourSound has released version 3.8.0 of the electronic song-writing solution Sundog Song Studio.
With Sundog it is possible to develop new chord progressions, melodies, basslines, and arpeggios within minutes. The standalone composition software connects to any DAW via MIDI.
With the new Step Effects feature, FeelYourSound adds a powerful and flexible tool for generative song-writing to Sundog. Because Sundog contains built-in harmonization modes, the randomized melodies always sound harmonic and in tune. This way you can create ever-changing riffs and melodies.
New in Sundog 3.8.0:
- Step Effects: Randomize any step of the sequencer. The following randomization targets are available: note height, velocity, duration (turn step into "-" or "#"), octave, strum, note hold ("Resume playing notes").
- Stability improvements for macOS Big Sur.
Price: $65 / €55. The update is free for all customers.
The demo is available at feelyoursound.com/sundog
