Igor Vasiliev has released LoopMangler, a multi-effect glitch sequencer for iOS and macOS that is designed to distort and mangle rhythmic loops, external audio sources, or output from other apps. It works based on a given beat and, using a variety of effects, allows you to transform ordinary loops into unusual glitchy and noisy textures.
An easy-to-use editor allows you to copy, move and delete individual cells and bars in the sequencer, which is very convenient when you are creating a new pattern.
