IK Multimedia announces 'Super Sonic Promotion' (Buy-One-Get-One-Free on 'Powered by SampleTank' virtual instruments)

IK Multimedia has announced its new "Super Sonic" promotion, featuring a Buy-One-Get-One Free offer on select "Powered by SampleTank" virtual instruments from May 1st through June 30th, 2009. When customers purchase and register one of these titles during the promotional period, they'll receive one software product of equal or lesser value free* (and for immediate download within their IK User Area from the IK Multimedia website): SampleTank 2.5 XL, SampleMoog, SampleTron, Sonik Synth 2 or Miroslav Philharmonik.

Customers may purchase the following eligible products from an Authorized IK Multimedia retailer, or from the IK web store (Note: retailers do not supply the free product to the customers at time of purchase.):

  • SampleTank 2.5 XL Full Version and Crossgrade.
  • Miroslav Philharmonik Full Version and Crossgrade.
  • SampleMoog Full version.
  • SampleTron Full version.
  • Sonik Synth 2 Full version.

IK's "Powered by SampleTank" instruments offer acoustic, electric, electronic, orchestral, synth and vintage sounds for every genre and style of music production, plus synth effects and parameter controls for sound shaping and more. They operate as standalone applications or RTAS/VST/AU plug-ins for the most popular DAWs.

* Free software will be provided from IK Multimedia as a download from the IK User area upon purchase and registration of qualifying "Powered by SampleTank" software. Please note that virtual instrument programs that have been purchased as part of the Total Studio 2 Bundle or Total Workstation 2 Bundle do not quality for this promotion. Date of registration is decisive - The purchased software must be registered between 1st of May 2009 until 30th of June 2009.
