Is www.kotkasuniverse.com already down?

When I click the link, I come to a site maintained by 'Network Solutions' which seems to try to sell abandoned domains...

The site's there, you get an email with a registration/download link. It's that link where it falls flat. I have sent an email so I'll wait until tomorrow before starting a thread on instruments forum.
