Plughugger has released Azure Progressive House, a sound expansion from Plughugger with 207 new sounds for u-he Hive aimed at melodic edm, laidback house and modern pop - complete with synthesized drums, dramatic hits, sequences, leads, basses and pads.
The soundset is divided into two parts. The first part contains 157 patches designed in Hive 1.2 using the new wavetable oscillators. To take the soundset a bit further, Plughugger also designed their own wavetables out of spoken phrases by speech synthesizer.
The second part is called "Wavetable Remix Edition" and is an additional collection of 50 patches where Plughugger took their favourite sounds and remade them using no other sound sources but the new wavetables that came with Hive 2.
Azure Azure Progressive House contains 207 new sounds and 11 new wavetables.
