Soniccouture have released a new sampled instrument - Samulnori Percussion for Kontakt, EXS24 & Ableton Live.
Samulnori is a type of traditional Korean percussion music that has been gaining popularity over the last few decades, both in Korea and abroad. The term "samulnori" can be broken into two parts - "samul" meaning "four things", and "nori" meaning "to play".
The Samulnori ensemble consists of four main instruments: Puk, Janngu, Jing and K'Kwaenggwari.
The Soniccouture instrument features:

- 24-bit / 44.1khz stereo sampling.
- 10 round robins, 14 velocity layers.
